Select Your Fabric
The fabric makes the garment. We offer an exceptional range of materials from the world's finest mills — Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Holland & Sherry, Scabal, Dormeuil, Harrisons of Edinburgh, and Vitale Barberis Canonico.
Choose from luxurious wool, lightweight linen, rich cashmere, crisp cotton, textured tweed, and blended suiting fabrics. Our experts will help you select the right weight and weave for your climate, occasion, and personal style.

Step 03
Take Your Measurements
Precise measurements are the foundation of a perfect fit. If you visit us in Hong Kong or at one of our overseas tour stops, our master tailor will take over 20 measurements in person. If ordering remotely, our detailed measurement guide makes it simple to measure yourself accurately at home.
We measure chest, waist, seat, shoulders, sleeve length, back length, neck, wrist, and many more precise points. Returning clients already have their measurements on file — making repeat orders even simpler.

Step 04
We Craft Your Garment
Once your style, fabric, and measurements are confirmed, our skilled craftsmen begin constructing your garment by hand. Every Shaniel suit is cut, stitched, and finished to the highest standard — with no shortcuts.
The process includes hand-cutting your pattern from full fabric rolls, canvas construction for the chest piece, hand-stitched lapels, and meticulous pressing at every stage. For suits, this takes approximately 80–100 hours of skilled craftsmanship.

Step 05
Delivered to Your Door
Your completed garment is carefully inspected, professionally pressed, and packaged with the care it deserves. We ship worldwide via tracked courier to over 100 countries, ensuring your suit arrives in perfect condition.
Every order includes 2 complimentary alterations. If something needs adjusting, simply ship the garment back to us and we'll make the corrections at no charge. Most clients require no alterations at all — a testament to the accuracy of our cutting.
